When there is a bit more breathing space, we look ahead. What truly fits you? How do you protect your boundaries when you start working more again? You get to know yourself better, so you don’t fall back into old patterns but can move forward in a way that suits you.

What does an online coaching program look like?

When you start working with a Meulenberg coach, you work with someone who supports people with stress and burn-out complaints every day. The only difference now is that we do this online (via video call or phone), so you can work on your recovery from home. You get the same expertise, the same practical approach and the same level of commitment, just without the travel time.

What happens when you get in touch?

If you leave your details, we will contact you within 24 hours. We schedule an (online) introductory session in which we take a good look at where you are now and what you need. Based on this, we create a concrete plan: not just to reduce your symptoms, but to work towards a life with energy, fulfilment and enjoyment.

The BERG method of the burn-out coach

We use our BERG method: Movement, Food, Rest and Behaviour (in Dutch: Bewegen, Eten, Rust en Gedrag). Even online we can get you moving, help you with simple, healthy food, guide you towards more rest and better sleep, and look together at the behaviour that keeps your stress going. We temporarily put your life “under construction”, so that a solid foundation can be rebuilt.

Recovering in 3 phases

Together with your online coach, you work on the three phases of your recovery. In a nutshell:

  • Acceptance: accepting that you need time to recover.
  • Recovery: really getting to know yourself, learning how to stay close to yourself and dealing with everything that comes with that.
  • Embedding: so you can benefit from the results of your coaching process for the rest of your life.

So online coaching is always tailored to you.
